Christopher Pracht

Christopher is a native South Carolinian born in Anderson, South Carolina. He is a 2008 Cum Laude Honor Graduate from the Charleston School of Law. In 2009, Christopher opened his law practice in Anderson, South Carolina. He specifically represents people who have suffered the loss of a loved one due to the wrong-doing of a person or corporation.

Nancy Jo Thomason

Attorney At Law
After obtaining a BA in Journalism from the University of South Carolina, Nancy Jo went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina, School of Law. Since then, Nancy Jo has worked in private practice in Anderson, representing people involved in family law litigation, applying for Social Security benefits, facing pending criminal charges, and needing help with personal injury cases.

Kerrison Schmutz

Attorney At Law
Kerrison is passionate about helping others and advocating on their behalf. While at the Charleston School of Law, Kerrison gained experience as an Attorney General’s Office extern and a Charleston County Family Court intern. She advocated for neglected and abused children as a court-appointed special advocate and clerked with two Charleston-area personal injury law firms.

William Maxey

Attorney at Law
Will joined Thomason & Pracht, LLP in January 2021, where he continues to exclusively represent injured people and to vindicate their rights in courtrooms across the state. He has never represented insurance companies, and his heart has always been with regular people rather than powerful interests, both in his legal practice and in his civic involvement and advocacy.

Eugenia Hall

Eugenia lives, works, and raises her two boys in her hometown of Anderson, SC. After graduating from Davidson College, she spent the next few years overseas teaching English and traveling. Living as a minority taught her so many lessons she still uses every day. In 2011, Eugenia began her legal career as the office manager of Christopher Pracht Lawyer, LLC. In March 2013, Thomason & Pracht, LLP was formed, and she currently serves as office manager, human resource officer, executive account director, and all-around problem-solver. At the end of the day, she recognizes the goal of the firm is to help clients through difficult transitions in their lives. In her free time, Eugenia serves on the boards of the Junior League of Anderson County and the Anderson Forum for Progressive Theology.

Laura received her Paralegal Certification from the University of South Carolina and joined Thomason & Pracht, LLP in March of 2018. Laura enjoys the opportunity to serve clients when they need help navigating legal issues. Her previous experience as a healthcare administrator and educator has provided her a solid foundation in her current role at Thomason & Pracht, LLP.

Bree Sanders

Bree initially joined the Thomason & Pracht team in 2015 as the Domestic Paralegal to Nancy Jo Thomason. Her roles have now shifted, and her primary focus for the firm is now personal injury. Bree enjoys working closely with people and gets most of her joy from the feeling of helping people through a challenging time in their lives.
Kinsley

Kinsley Norris

Receptionist
Kinsley just recently joined Thomason & Pracht, in July 2020 as the receptionist. Her hometown is Iva, S.C. She received her degree in Applied Science with a Major in Administrative Office Technology from Tri-County Technical College in 2019. She enjoys being a part of the Thomason and Pracht team. She just recently became engaged to her fiancé Josh and will be married in February of 2021. They currently have two fur babies named Oliver and Kingston.

Carrie Brown

Carrie joined Thomason and Pracht, LLP in January 2021. Serving as Administrative Assistant, she aspires to be a perfectionist in all that she does. Carrie is always eager to help those in need and is dedicated to supporting the Thomason and Pracht attorneys and staff to ensure that our clients receive the best legal services possible.

DeAnna Corless

Paralegal
DeAnna rejoined Thomason and Pracht, LLP in January 2021, having originally worked for Nancy Jo Thomason from 2007-2011 where she received her training as a Family Court Paralegal. Through the miracle of modern technology, she will be working from her home in Summerville, South Carolina. DeAnna’s primary focus will be in the area of Family Court, assisting Nancy Jo with all aspects of her Family Court and Domestic cases.

Kayla Crowe

Kayla is a 2016 graduate of Anderson University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Her law experience includes, but is not limited to, Intellectual Property and Social Security law. Kayla joined Thomason and Pracht, LLP in March of 2021, where she will be focusing on Personal Injury. Kayla embraces the responsibility to assist clients and walk them through the process. During her free time, Kayla loves spending time on the lake with her husband and fur baby, Ember.
